Note before online sessions

Prepare for your online session as follows:

  • Check out a space for yourself where you can be on your own and without disruption for at least one hour.
  • Be sure to have a good and stable WIFI or mobile data connection there.
  • See that you can sit comfortable for the whole session.
  • Prepare a glass of still mineral water oder supply water and have tissues at your side.
  • You can light a candle and/or strike an incense stick, put fresh flowers in the room or anything else you want to have with you during the session.
  • Make sure you have been to the toilet beforehand.
