Eine Sitzung dauert in etwa eine Stunde und wird über whatsapp, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Telegram, FaceTime, Jitsi, Microsoft Teams oder ein sonstiges Online-Videotool abgehalten. Bitte kontaktiere deinen bevorzugten Facilitator.
